Duncan founded his own consultancy company in 2005, having spent the previous four and a half years in what was perhaps the largest Revenue Management role in Europe, the Middle East and Africa at the time, pioneering this new discipline into InterContinental Hotels' almost 660 hotels across the EMEA region, spanning five brands.
